Roger has over 30 years experience in the mechanical services industry, encompassing project manager roles on intricate and exacting tasks over a range of industries. Roger has a high level of expertise as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, including industrial relations and occupational health and safety issues. He is involved in overseeing the project management of all projects undertaken by ICR Air Conditioning.

Roger is on the AMCA council where he plays an active role in the ongoing development of the air conditioning contracting industry.

Amir Tambrchi, (M.IEAust, CPE, NPER), Engineering Director

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer

Amir has over 35 years experience in the design of building mechanical services, working as a senior design engineer and senior consultant.  He is responsible for design and technical supervision of the projects for ICR Air Conditioning. Amir has played a significant part in the success and growth of our business.

Ryan Leong (MSc) Estimating Manager

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Ryan is responsible for preparing and submitting tender bids at ICR.  He has over 18 years’ experience in the mechanical services industry, fulfilling roles from project engineer to project manager across South Africa, Botswana and Australia. 

Ryan prioritises a details-oriented approach and has a particular interest in projects that incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design features.
